Are you taking Zoloft and Nortriptyline? If so, how are you feeling?

Unfortunately weight gain with Nortriptyline is just the nature of the beast. I would try to eat a well balanced diet with plenty of good vegetables and a little fruit, exercise 5 times a week(moderate to intense exercise), and add good fats like Omega 3s and extra virgin coconut oil.

Raw apple cider vinegar may increase insulin sensitivity, possibly helping to fight weight gain.
Resveratrol also increases insulin sensitivity through AMPK activation-also activated during exercise.
Fish oil increases insulin sensitivity and helps process fats better
Green tea has been shown to help with weight loss
