I'm combing paxil and nortriptyline. My mood when at like 50mg. Nort. with 20mg. paxil is pretty good except it doesn't feel completely natural if you know what I mean. Also, I get a little to excitable, etc. Feels like an adrenalin rush.
I was hoping to feel a natural Up feeling without the intense adrenalin feeling.

Have taken paxil for 13 years. Is no longer working. My own diagnosis is depression. Have tried Lamictal, Wellbutrin and Now Zoloft all with the 10mg. paxil.
