Doctor won't prescribe Parnate

I honestly do not know if any antidepressants can help me, but I have minimal to zero effect of any psychiatric medications I have been prescribed in recent years. Apart from the insomnia Parnate reads like it will fit like a glove to me. Problem is no one will prescribe it to me. They fear I will have a heart attack and there is absolutely no way I can convince them otherwise. I live in Denmark and I'm not even sure there any doctors who prescribe Parnate anymore. What do I do?
