There's nothing wrong with hummus. It contains no soy, no cheese. It's fine with Nardil. There's no need to be freaked about the diet restrictions. They're pretty straitfoward. Go to wikipedia, search on MAOIs and at the bottom of the page there are two links that comprehensively lay out the dietary restrictions. (Even soy sauce is ok, it turns out, if you keep it to a couple of tablespoons. Last night I had sushi with just a tablespoon of soy sauce.)
