Proudfoot,

Here is a resource that I like:

http://www.upmc.com/HealthAtoZ/patienteducation/Documents/MaoiDiet.pdf

It is by no means perfect, but it is one of the better lists out there. For example, I definitely eat mass quantities of fresh mozzarella cheese with no problems at all and I have a tap beer every now and again (nothing exotic, though). Monterey Jack cheeses raise my BP no matter what, so I stay away. I eat feta cheese, no problem.

I do stay away from provolone and romano, but pizza usually has a mix of these and I have had no problems so far. So far being the operative words. I do eat seitan, but avoid tofu.

Good luck with your Nardil.

Atypical
