I think its the dose

High-dose antipsychotics can zombie-fy anyone. Lower doses can act more as mood-stabilizers/tranquilizers and help people deal with their problems and cope with life. I've been deliberately zombie-fied in a mental hospital by docs (full dose depakote+mid-range dose risperdal) b/c I tried to punch a psychiatrist. That's a case where the drugs are being used abusively,, as punishment and as chemical restraints.

I'm glad you don't feel like a numbed-up zombie on your medication.
