Sorry - I just assumed about the weight. I'm a dietitian and most people I speak to want to lose weight. Maybe I can help. Something that helps a lot of my patients is eating concentrated foods like nuts and seeds. Most nuts and seeds are a whopping 800 calories a cup. They also have fats that are beneficial for your heart and they are high in fibre. They don't work for everyone and they are contraindicated in some people for various reasons so check with your doctor, and good luck with the weight gain.
