Are you sure that Wellbutrin is ok with Parnate? It would seem that, if not, it would be more likely to cause 'serotonin syndrome' than a hypertensive crisis. But who knows? I have not seen anyone else on this forum who takes wellbutrin with Parnate so I would check this out carefully with a knowledgable physician. You seem in a hurry to try a lot of things, as you indicated in an earlier posting. Can you get some counseling about this. It sounds like you need some support to focus on other issues besides your meds, while giving the meds time to work.
Our meds will do whatever they will do, but they are not the be all and end all. Beyond the meds we need to focus on real life issues. In your case you need to relax and try not to think so much about the meds. And check on the Wellbutrin Parnate thing as soon as possible.
