>> Essentially, Nardil has cause me a 'pot belly'. This has not bothered me in the past, but i am now cultivating this aspect of my life.

Mucho LOLs this could be me. Nardil really helps me (not as complete as for you, but it is my wonder drug) but I have put on 30lb. Mind you, due to IBS-C pain I was afraid to eat before so I was well below my 'normal' weight to start with (Nardil even helped loads with the IBS-C pain - what a drug!).
Anyway, I am also fit, toned and pot bellied. AFAIK there's not much lifestyle-wise that can be done about it. For me I crave carbs. The other night I was eating a nice dinner of chicken, roast potatoes and veggies. All I could think about was having multiple bagels for breakfast the following morning. It's crazy! I know I don't need them and that my hunger is induced/synthetic/false/drug-induced but it's hard not to satiate it.
Right now I'm trying not to get too bothered about it and accept it as a cost of the Nardil. I wake 5+ times a night to pee, get headaches, bad muscle fatigue, somnolence too. They're just the (extremely worthwhile) price I pay for not being depressed.
If I find something that works, I'll sure post it.
Cheers,
Pete
