Hello all again.....
Hmmmm...I am in a tither (could be much worse but!)Essentially I have become fixated on health...living a healthy lifestyle and greatly improving my physique.
I have been going to the gym 5 times a week for the last 5 weeks or so. Cardio + weight training
Cardio: 40 mins (average)
Weights: 60 mins (average)In the past 2 weeks I cut down from 4 chocolates a day (average) to none a day.
I am in a conundrum....
Essentially, Nardil has cause me a 'pot belly'. This has not bothered me in the past, but i am now cultivating this aspect of my life.
Thus far I have lost only 3 KG, I am visibly more toned and have more muscle, but that wretched pot belly is still there.
Speaking to my GP, he advised 1 hour cardio, and strict control of diet.
I will continue intensive gym workoutout and diet vigilance, but I am not so sure that this will rid me of this pot belly. I am naturally a skinny fellow.
I have been contemplating all sorts of things....
*Xanax monotherapy (no weight gain)
*Amisulpride (No weight gain)
*Luvox (The only SSRI I give much credence + no weight gain)
*Geoden (No weight gain)+
Metformin + Diuretic....
The problem is obviously the fact that I LOVE Nardil and it works so good for me....
If necessary I would do 3 hrs a day at the gym if I could lose the pot belly but stay on my beloved Nardil....
Any thoughts welcome....
And Merry Xmas to you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NEVER GIVE IN!
