I'm confused. I believe Parnate produces N-acetyl-5ht which converts to melatonin. This is why it feels it's time for bed for many of us. If it moved the cycle onward it would explain the insomnia many get, though I don't. So I'm not sure why anyone would want to use a melatonin agonist during the day
