Forget any theoretical mumbo jumbo that might suggest it is just as well to take all your Nardil doses at once.
From my multi-year, revolving-dose, obsessively over-analytical observations and experience with Nardil, i have no doubt that the more you can spread your doses out throughout the day, the better.
In my opinion, a *minimum* of 3x per day is ideal, as frustratingly inconvenient as that is.
