Thanks Atypical.
You say you're feeling pretty good - how much of an improvement have you experienced? I am much, much better overall but all of the problems I had before such as obsessional blame, anxiety, very painful irrational beliefs, self-loathing are still there. They're just less frequent and are ameliorated - less intense and less painful. I also still feel depressed for the first 2 hours of every day. Is this the case for you or has it fully addressed all of aspects of your depression?
And what about side-effects? (I'm totally hijacking my own thread here, but whatever) I have:
- extreme daytime tiredness, almost bordering on narcolepsy! I fall asleep regularly very quickly. This is not good when I'm at work...
- standing up, turning my head, walking quickly up a flight of stairs often all result in dizziness where I sometimes have to hold onto something to steady myself. This lasts about 15-120 seconds.
- sometimes it's as if someone has turned up the contrast in my vision way too high - everything becomes really bright and whites become blinding. This is often the same time as when I feel dizzy but lasts for 3+ minutes.
- my appetite, esp. the last few weeks has gone up considerably. I crave carbs and am eating tons of bagels and bread (partly also because they are OK for my IBS too). I find myself thinking about toast and bread even when I've just eaten. Very weird.Pete
