Anyone know what's the right conversion dose?
i was taking 80mg of oxycontin three x a day and breakthrough 5-10 mg oxycodone.the conversion chart says 270mg(25% for cross tolerence - whatever that is) oxycodone to morphine.
so would that be three 60mg and one 90mg avinza(270)?a pharmacy said that it was about equal.
would that be two 90mg and one 60mg avinza (240mg)?yesterday i took 100mg kadian at 6am but was in terrible pain and took one 90mg and one 60mg avinza with that at 9:30am and felt better but not all pain gone. pain became worse towards 6pm - kadian lasts only 12 hrs but it was a mistake maybe , when i took another 100mg kadian- felt terrible - it was too much or maybe just bad medicine bc expired.
what should i take? anyone know?
it's so hard for me to make decisions and not to worry bc of making mistakes so much that seem right and afraid of medicine:(i have to take it very soon.
