Trazodone is not a tricyclic.
People with treatment resistant psychosis and depression do respond to the combination of antipsychotic+TCA.
People with treatment resistant psychosis and depression do not respond to antipsychotics alone, unless that is they want it to stay treatment resistant.
Traz is not a TCA.
