Yes, if it works for you and your particular condition. It isn't a benzodiazepine and for a number of people won't be like one.
But dosing of it other than concern of operating machinery at the beginning, is a medication with some fairly benign side effects -- it could cause blurriness and a few other things, although Lyrica is stronger.
If you have too much at a certain time, it just goes out with the urine, as the amount taken increases. It doesn't go through the liver at all as far as I know.
For me, it was best at the beginning -- or I "felt" it more. Maybe that was good, maybe the speech slurring wasn't good, which went away.However, when it is removed from the mixture, I get breakthrough symptoms. So its doing something, unclear, maybe aiding the Valium.
