Having a REALLY BAD DAY!

I am writing to vent and to ask for some support. I am having an awful day! The anxiety, depression, and worthlessness is so bad today! I am currently taking Vyvanse for ADHD and Lunesta to help with sleep. I am also taking Zyrtec (for allergies). Unfortunately, Alavert and Benadryl did not work for me. I have tried so many things and nothing is working (most recently Lexapro made it worse). I am desparate for advice or just some help. Anyone?
