Hi Larry, thanks so much for your reply. When you say that the Fluvoxamine will inhibit the metabolism of aripiprazole does that mean it will make the aripipazole less effective and stop working? Does it mean I have to take more aripipazole?
I have bipolar disorder and I shouldn't be taking antidepressants alone. I am also having a little bit of shortness or breath.

> Yes, there's a definite interaction. Fluvoxamine will inhibit the metabolism of aripiprazole. It's as if you took more Abilify than you normally do, along with the effects of the Luvox. And I haven't considered the receptor-based interactions.
