Yes, there's a definite interaction. Fluvoxamine will inhibit the metabolism of aripiprazole. It's as if you took more Abilify than you normally do, along with the effects of the Luvox. And I haven't considered the receptor-based interactions.

If you can't tolerate the combination, it's contra-indicated.
