I'm changing to Zoloft, because unfortunately, Lexapro hasn't worked at all for my situation. I'm currently on 20mg, and I haven't had much improvement with my OCD or anxiety. It also makes me incredibly tired, which would make it difficult for me to increase the dose further. I have tried taking it at night, but it hasn't helped. It has only made me incredibly exhausted in the morning, to the point where I can barely get out of bed.

Should I reduce my Lexapro dosage to 10mg before I start the Zoloft? I'm concerned about going from 20mg of Lexapro to 50mg Zoloft. I wish my pdoc was more helpful with this.
