As far as I know, there are no contraindications with tianeptine except that it supposedly cannot be taken with MAO inhibitors. I would also stay away from tetracycline antibiotics (including doxycycline, etc) while taking tianeptine because both are metabolised by beta-oxidation and this wouldn't be good for the liver.

So, to the best of my knowledge, it shouldn't be a problem.
