Although I've not had that experience at all, it doesn't seem it would be unreasonable in some situations. Like if one were so lethargic prior to EMSAM that they were pretty much sedentary then upon starting, suddenly began to physically labor I'd suspect there would be an increased frequency in their consumption, metabolization, and physical elimination of consumed food cycle, resulting in an increased frequency of hunger, but that's assuming an extreme resolution to a an extreme initial condition.
