Is the issue with hunger weight gain?
Or something else?
Because I feel reasonably confident (only because I lost stones while eating heaps) that if I were on Emsam weight gain would be manageable.
But you know the drill about that.
Fresh fruit, vegies, lean protein cooked in olive oil perhaps, black tea and so on.
