Increased hunger on EMSAM?

Not appetite, but HUNGER -- gnawing, gurgling, painful hunger?
I just started today, and it's a bad day in a lot of ways. But I'm finding I'm starving. It's so hard not to eat, and if this keeps up, I don't think I can do this. This really would be a deal killer for this med if it causes this sort of agonizing hunger.
What have other people experienced?
