Well, i've been on it for a months. My doctor asks how is it been working? i said fine.
You know if you sleep during the day, say when i get off from 7 hour classes, its a bit hard to sleep.
But for some reason temazepam, well it makes me "hynotic" but not going into dreamland.
This happened to me last night, i took temazepam, and then xanax. It wore off so quickly! then i just laid there hoping i would fall asleep finally i did after about an hour.
That why i think Seroquel and Lithium are good for thoughts that agiate you at night. Because Temazepam at first knocked me out, but then it just makes me "hypnotic".
I have taken Zyprexa before, and BAAM whooo i was asleep very quick, because my brain shut down. But it wasnt good the next day because i was zoned from it.
I think anyone can get resistant to any sleeping med. even the word Seconal. I was prescribed it 2 days just one time, whoa man i was so numb, very much stonger than temazpeam.
But im not having a sleeping crisis, so im going to talk to the doc about lithium at night.
