Vyvanse

I was wondering if anyone has been on Vyvanse for more than 30 days and could update on effects. I found some threads for about a week on med but was wondering about longer effects. We are starting my grandson on this & I am torn between benefits seen & loss of "spirit" or "spark". Would appreciate any feedback from other members. Thanks a million!
