Take a look at those pages again. Many have this requirement, no insurance for the med. Like if your insurance will not cover a med or you caped out.

Having insurance, in many cases, does not disqualify you from a Patient Assistant Program.
It is about not having access to the med.

There are usually several programs for each drug, so scroll down to see all the programs:

I know some people who use this, they have made exceptions to their requirements. Things like, if you have a lot of medical bills every year they would consider your income less the medical expenses.
