, that anxiety that, well it helps people with motivational problams. I had motivation problems at one time.

Wellbutrin caused me to have almost thought i wasnt even in reality.

Not, i know what your saying, it wont stop. The problem is you dont have enought GABA and serotonin. I took 5-htp when i was on wellbutrin and serotonin is the "regulater" of some sleep patterns. I swear, actaully it really serotonin that kinda of depletes. Wellbtrin increases your "active" nuerotransmitters which can keep you attentive during the day and at night. Too much dopamine can agitate, cause racing thoughts, and norepheinphrine causes agitation becuase you feel stimulated when you want to be sedated.

I know exactly what you mean, i know, maybe start taking 5-HTP's at night. I hate saying herbal stuff but thats the thing that helped.

Take alot. If you read about dopamine, if you have an imbalance of it, too much of it over serotonin it can cause loss of control of thoughts. An example - psychosis.

You may have a little to much dopamine active at night when you dont need it.

You can ask for Seroquel, that will block some dopamine nueros at night.
