> You just had a baby and are predisposed to PPD, esp. since you have been on medication prior to your pregnancy, right? Are you a new mother? Is there anyone who can help with the baby during the night? I suffered from severe PPD after my son was born. My thoughts were racing 24/7. If it gets severe enough that it is interfering with your sleep and daily life for more than 2 weeks, you need to get some help. You may need a different AD or an add on to the wellbutrin. I was on a small dose of a benzo and I had no problems waking up to tend to my son during the night. Are you able to get out at all and exercise? This is very important since your body is sending signals that you are under stress.

And yes, i was on AD's before this one, and this is my second son [zoloft then lexapro after him - they worked fine then, but not anymore].
The only way it's disturbed me is at night when i want to go to sleep. That's when it seems louder [i know this sounds crazy, but that's exactly what's it's like].
I was supposed to take the Wellbutrin with Lexapro, but i felt that the Wellbutrin was more effective by itself.
I'm going to try exercising, i'll see if that helps.
Thank you :)
