aadhd/medications

I've been trying to find a doctor in my area to consult with to evaluate alternatives to my present med., Wellbutrin XL. Specifically, Adderall XR. I've tried a few days taking it recently and was impressed with the results. Has anyone else w/ this disorder,(that has carried it into adulthood),taken adderall and with what results?
