I think they all cause dependance & I don't think one is better than the other in this reguard.

Addiction is a totally different matter, psychological aspects come into play. People
have drugs of choice in addiction so I think it is highly variable as to which benzo is more addictive.

OTOH, if you have an addictive personality/have problems with addiction then benzos are not for you. So I see this as a non-issue.
