Hey

I understand completely what your mean about having nothing to say!

The other posters have obviesly been luckier than me in their response to meds

Nardil doesn't help this, same with Effexor

Benzo's kill the anxiety but make me dozy & sleepy, & not much fun to be with!

I have to say GHB works absolutely great for this, makes you not only a good talker but a good listener.
However be very careful with it!

Opiates are somewhat helpful for me, then again be careful.

CBT is good to try, at least it can't hurt.

I'm not having much luck with it at the moment, but then I guess I'm very treatment resistant
