I don't have 11 out of 18 (or whatever) trigger points but do have a couple of points. What I have fits more neatly into Fibro than CFS or depression/Anxiety. I don't think the label matters as much. I think there are several types of CFS and Fibro. If you look at Tietlebaums site his type of CFS is firstly a sleep disorder. Other sites state it is a viral overload. Others think it's a immune issue. Different disorders treated differently with the same name.
Have you ever tried Flexeril? I can take .5 before bedtime and improves sleep tremendously and the next day is very good (less anxiety, symptoms). I'm taking it every third night. Otherwise if you take it every night it loses effectiveness. Why I ask is because Flexeril is on the "it helps those with Fibro" lists.
