Your main priority is to survive. Survival for anyone in your situation is an extraordinary achievement. To you, things seem permanent. However, your current state of mind is really only temporary. You will get through this bad time and things will seem different. Things will get better.
You will eventually find a treatment and a life that suits you. In the meantime, please take advantage of the resources in your community during this crisis as others have suggested. You have many, many potentially rewarding years ahead of you that can make survival now worthwhile.
There are lots of smart people here who can help evaluate your treatment history and brainstorm future trials. It will probably be necessary to hit multiple therapeutic targets using a combination of treatments. Because the permutations of combinations are so numerous, I doubt you have tried them all.
