I think if you have found something that helps,
for example -- a herb that is not contraindicated
with a drug -- and it does something magical
as you describe, that's great; it may be wise
to check it with your doctor for a number of
reasons. For example, I asked if i could take
a fibre supplement for my gastro problem and
my dr. said OK - that made me feel much better;
unfortunately, i also noticed that it lowers the
lithium through subjective signs and what i
have read. You can't have a constant picture in this chemical kaleidoscope. 100% absolute
prediction would be the ideal, of course.
