There is an idea that if one is on a below therapeudic dosing that you may be getting the SE's and not getting enough of it to impact to get the good effects - I'm not sure I completely agree but I can see where that COULD be possible.

I would agree months and months of what feels like startup stuff seems a bit extreme to me and I can't blame you at all for being VERY tired of that. What does your doc say?

I do think you have to also take into account all the stressful events you have going on. I have had a difficult time coming to grips with "normal" reactions. Having struggled with toxic, over the top, awful responses to stressors, "normal" appropriate responses are scary. Sometimes, life is really s*ckworthy and we have to give ourselves permission to be uncontented about it.
