i hope so too - thanks - going thru a lot -separated from DH for 5 months - trying to deal w/ $$ issues - 3 kids. drinking more wine than usual (prob the weight gain). seeming to fall back into my obsession w/ weight much more than in a long time - things seem to be falling apart. and these 'start up' effects are making me want to go back to 5. i feel like i am on narcotics - like flexerol or smthg. i am a panicky zombie. i hate to feel both ends of the spectrum at once.
