Very low bioavailability. Mg=O is an oxide. Not a salt, as are all the others. Solubility requires acid catalysis, via an intermediate with high activation energy. Bioavailability studies put MgO at about 18%, and that requires healthy levels of acid. Many of us here do not produce sufficient acid, due to age, disability, or concurrent use of meds with that effect.

Magnesium salts are always 100% soluble. The counter ion (the citrate, glycinate, sulphate, etc.) is always a good leaving group, itself fully soluble.
