I consider myself tough as nails (hell, I think most of us are considering all we've been through on this rollercoaster ride) but I wouldn't wish parnate withdrawal on anyone. My doc made me come off really, really slowly and it was the worst withdrawal I'd ever had, so maybe doing it fast is the way to go. Going slowly makes your life a living hell for just too long and it dragged out the physical symptoms.
Please keep us posted on how you are doing. I would like to find out how long it takes for your sypmptoms to subside. If I ever have to go off it again, I want to do it fast; however, I doubt I go cold turkey though.
