How could an AD such as Nardil & Parnate (MAOIs) stop working completely in 2-4 weeks ? We know there is often an intense episode when one starts a MAOI but.. after that ?

The 2 times it poop out on me was in the night; I'm feeling good, go to bed and wake up miserable and the med (Nardil/Parnate) does nothing good at all from this point on ... huge fatigue, irribility, little/big depression etc.
Some people here on this forum think they are the problem when such thing happens on MAOIs cause they are used to get poop out and so think they are different etc.. but I never had a real poop out before... and I got the same, if not worst, poop out on MAOI than those you are treatment resistent ..
what's the poop out rates on MAOI in the first 6 months ? my guess is about 70% from what I see on this forum in the archives.
Any though ?
BTW, Parnate withdrawal coldkey.. what can I expect.. I'm tough, need to know.
