Timing of bright light therapy -- question

Posted by Sarah T. on December 15, 2005, at 22:48:45

Hi. My doctor told me that the optimum time for using bright light therapy is between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. Does anyone know why? I use my light box later than that, and it still seems effective, although not nearly as good as spring and summer.
