So what percentage do you believe you have improved while off meds.
I know i went a year med free, and all i did was struggle, actualy pretty much the same as i do now.
I am an active person,so im not a counch potota,i have worked out ans still do since im 16,i dont self loath and i look for postive in all things.
I still have anxiety i cant control when i am out,i still have social avoidance,i dont go out when i am invited which i am often,i get upset and fly off the handle when im attempting a task.I dont have many external problems,at least none that are critical just ur normal everyday ones, yet these are the things people say to do to come off meds,im already doing them
When i was off meds my year was so hard and painful that at the beginning of december i deceded i wanted a somewhat normal shot at xams so i took my med again, and in a week i was more functional, that was however when it worked much better.
Anyway again im curious to know if u feel ur doing better now.I know i wish it were a possbaility to get off drugs for me but it doesent quite seem to be.
