Actualy there are other links,alternative babble,social babble etc...
But you are right,its very easy to come here with just the intentions on getting a little info,and becomming addicted to posting,i know i have,and honestly as good as people are here its definatly not a place you wanna make home,if anything social babble would be more suitable.
I know i have become obseesed in my search for relieaf,but until i find a med that is working to some degree i seem to have little control over my thought patterns,thus the major problem,i HOPE to think when and if i find a med that allows me to be functional at what i consider a normal degree that then ill be able to see more logicaly and spend my time producticely.
Going out,doing things,getting invovled in postive activities is a goal,not an option for me right now.
Id despise the fact that i push people away who try to get me out more,or that i pass up going out on a friday night to stay home,i want to,i just cant......doing these things for me is not an option but a goal.But believe u me i have a long list of things i wanna do when i am able,there will be no sitting around.A lot of mornings ill wake up and hit the line running iron my clothes shower workout,and an hour later im laying down my clothes folded on the table and i never make it to putting them on .
I just wish i never started meds/ no drugs to begin with,but i was much younger,and i knew nothing,and i trusted a professional,now i know its not logical to shove mind altering drugs onto someone on a first visit,its insane,one visit is not enough time to evalute a person enough to decide if they will benifit from drugs,and this is how it is,many cases the docter has no other intentions aside from prescribing medication,and in a case where that is the docters plan from the sec u walk in the door,well than those docters are simply drug pushers.
