Just wanted to add my 2 cents worth about the Wellbutrin. I added Wellbutrin to combat the side effects of the effexor, it worked well, but I did have problems with my temper, explosions over little things. I wound up going back to my Dr. and asked for an increase in my effexor, she agreed. I am now on 225 effexor, and 150 wellbutrin, I take them both in the a.m., and tylenol pm at bed to sleep. This combo seems to be working well for me, though there are still some side effects that are annoying, the dry mouth, some headaches, and such. I also have the sweats, this is the worst of my side effects right now, I sweat horribly at times, mostly around my head and neck, often soaking my hair. Not sure what to do about that, I am 42, so this could possibly be peri-menopause, I don't know. Oddly enough, I sweat more when I am holding my 3 month old grandson, not gonna give that up though! :)
