Tell your Dr. to go get his PDR off the shelf, dust it off and look up the 'Side Effects' of Effexor. (Physicians Desk Reference = PDR) They are all in there: the bruxism, dry mouth, insomnia, sweating, weight gain, weight loss, constipation, loss of libido, etc.

I had hoped that adding the Wellbutrin to my mix would help. It did to some degree but then I got so edgy, irritable, prone to rage. (Which, for those of you who know about BPD and PTSD, adding fuel to the rage fire can be a bit ugly.)

Also, there are many helpful websites that can give some sort of guidance as far as what drugs may work for you and your symptoms. I would use them as simply a reference.
