What is PTSD?I take 150 mg in the am and 150 at 5 pm and I tend to wake up at 4am...but get back to sleep.
Does anyone notice an effect on the regularity or Irregularity of their menstral cycle?? (Or is that all stress again?).
This does make me feel less alone! thanks
