Did the test rule out plasmacytoma? Does the cloned immunioglobulins mean that antibodies increased to fight an unknown enemy and it can't be found by PET?
I know how it feels to not get answers, in your case it is urgent to find one sooner rather than later. Pain is destructive on so many fronts, it joins an alliance with the enemy and creates more problems.Take good care of yourself to ease pain. I'm living with pain for over two years. Pain medication is absolute useless or exacerbating. Found breathing techniques and relaxing visualization to be helpful. Certain movement of stretching and turning/rotating waist (tai-chi), spinal manipulation, abdominal muscle isolation and hot water massage helps.
I have given up fighting for answers for now and concentrate on improving coping skills. My case is complicated by politics of litigation and subrogation rights, a maddening game of lie and hide, twist and shout.
