Thanks for all of your help.

I think I might try lowering the Lamictal first. I'm not sure how much it is contributing to the mild relief I am experiencing compared to Trileptal. Without Trileptal, I definitely need Lamictal, but perhaps I can simply swap them and hope that the side effects abate.

I'll look into your other suggestions.
