you could...decrease dosgaes, stop one or both meds, supplement your diet with vitamins/minerals, or treat the skin conditions. Or do a combo. My advice would be to get an RX for some Elidel...that's what I use for eczema (I just have it naturally...its not drug-induced or anything). For facial areas, Cetaphil really makes the best cleanser...the creamy one is the best, although the liquid ones are good if your skin is a little more oily or acne-prone. The cetaphil moisturizer (the kind in the big fat tub) is really the best stuff EVER for dry, crazy skin...my doc recommended it, and it really is awesome. Its heavy and hardcore, so you can use a little on your face and apply liberally anywhere else its needed. When I get an eczema outbreak, I usually do this kind of routine: wash face (cetaphil) apply elidel apply moisturizer (cetaphil)...couple hours later; re-apply moisturizer....re-apply again a couple hours later....night time: wash face, elidel, moisturize again. Usually the Elidel clears stuff up quickly, so you only have to use it when your skin goes crazy again. Taking Benadryl, Vistaril, that kind of thing really helps with the itch and reduces the urge to scratch--non-drowsy antishistamines help, just not as much.
