Tileptal Side-Effects: Excema and Dandruff

I have been taking Trileptal for about two months. I'm experiencing the appearance of excema on my hands and fingers along with some heavy-duty dandruff. My ears are also becoming dried out and scaley. I am currently taking 900mg.
